The jmx input plugin was not correctly handling the logstash shutdown using
do_stopandstop?andStud.stoppable_sleep. The symptom was to hang the logstash shutdown for some time.These are the minimal changes to make it correctly handle the logstash shutdown sequence. Note that this plugin would benefit a good refactor.
