目标：
    向指定的邮箱发送邮件
    经常有一些耗时的任务，完成或者出问题时这样出门也能接到提醒
    如果需要短信提醒建议使用139邮箱，有免费的短信:)
环境：
    Windows 8.1 - 64
    Python 2.7.10
设置：
    config.json （看后缀名也知道什么格式吧）
