Is there a source for the users manual that is written in English? I figured it out, but I'm sure there are individuals whom are not technically savvy and will wonder how the UPS-Lite powers the Pi 0.

Likewise, Is there any information in English, Most seems straight forward, But I would like to know what the two dip switches do.

Here's the manual ran though a translator. Its not perfect, but it definitely helps!
