Testing

We need to test dbCAN software locally.

  1. Install the dbCAN software locally
python setup.py install
  1. Create Unit test

2.1. Test dbcansub

run_dbcan EscheriaColiK12MG1655.fna prok --out_dir output_EscheriaColiK12MG1655 --tools dbcansub --hmm_cpu 15
