What's Changed

This release only contains one bugfix.
It resolves a regression introduced in v0.23.0 that caused application (Kubo v0.16.0 ref.) inability to connect to a WebSocket server (using either /ws or /wss) behind a reverse proxy.
The fix ensures that necessary HTTP Host header, that proxies rely on, is sent on /wss dials.

Importantly: This only fixes the issue of missing HTTP Host headers for WebSocket Secure and not for regular, insecure WebSockets. For information on why, please see #1829 (comment) and #1830 deprecate insecure WebSockets (ws)
