Install instructions:

  1. Download ChromeJoulev0.0.1.zip and extract
  2. Open up chrome://extensions and make sure the Developer mode checkbox is checked
  3. Click Load unpacked extension and select the extracted copy of ChromeJoulev0.0.1.zip
