For new admin procedure document for admin team and publication on lgbtq in tech slack website. First draft for public review and revisions through GitHub reviews and internal (/admin command and other) feedback.
Actual document can be found in admin.md document.
Please submit proposed edits as Pull Requests, or use the in-slack /admin command to send suggested updates to the admin team. You might also discuss the file in #meta.
After this file is reviewed, (hopefully) approved, and (hopefully) published to the production web site, we can mothball this site and move future recommended updates to PRs against the production website.
