The template files are orgnized by

• 3 outcome types: survival, response (binary), continuous
• 2 biomarker types: continuous (need cutoff exploration), categorical
• 2 trial design types: single-arm, two-arm

Therefore, there are 3 * 2 * 2 = 12 templates available
