note: the shelf object now contains
data_analysis.data, so original data for geds not rescaled by any AUX data. This is good for retrieving original information when using the"saving"="append"option, but it is not the dataframe we used to plot things saved in the static pdf file.Still need to think if we want both or if it is ok to keep just the original dataframe (or if we don't want any shelf object in output)
