GitHub Actions tests appear to be failing because
@aws-sdk/client-cloudwatch-logsdoes not get installed withnpm ci. The correct way to deal with this issue is to have@aws-sdk/client-cloudwatch-logsin bothpeerDependenciesanddevDependencies. This should fix the tests!
