Clicking links in a note

Windows 10 (64 bit)
Joplin 1.6.6 desktop

When ctrl-clicking on a PDF link in a note the PDF opens, but MS Word documents (DOCX) do no. Right-clicking on the DOCX link and choosing open does open the document in Word. Also, the cursor icon does not change when hovering over a link with the ctrl key pressed (no visual indication the link is clickable).

The issue still persists. Clicking a link that contains a URL works, but clicking links that link to an attachment do not. For attachment links you have to right-click and choose Open.
