Slide 2: Communication and Organization

1. How often are you going to meet? (Does not include the weekly with TAs)

   • 2-3 times per week (depending on workload).
   • Meeting duration: 1-3 hours (depending on workload).
   • Meeting agenda:
     • Each iterations goals and submissions.
     • Presumably not but, bug-fixing and refactoring previous iterations work.
     • Previous meeting discussion and personal debrief of what has been done.
   • Meeting schedule:
     • Monday afternoon
     • Wednesday afternoon
     • Friday afternoon

2. Which communication channels are you going to use?

   • We agree to use a Discord private server for our communication.

3. How are you planning to manage the process?
