This repository contains the material used to participate in BioCreative VII Track 1 - Text mining drug and chemical-protein interactions (DrugProt), through the adaptation of the BiOnt system, using the Gene Ontology (GO) and Chemical Entities of Biological Interest (ChEBI) ontologies.
