This PR adds support for
spiral/roadrunner-httpv3The
spiral/roadrunnernow is a meta package and does not requirespiral/roadrunner-httpanymore, so I've changed the requirements tospiral/roadrunner-http(andspiral/roadrunner-cliwhich is required to download the roadrunner binary) instead ofspiral/roadrunner.The other required change is the configuration
version, that must be set to3for the new version, and is set dynamically based on roadrunner binary version
