What did you want to modify in the cast stub? |
In one of my projects, I don't use the Eloquent\Model to extends my Models because I use a MongoDB database, so I want to change the $model parameter's type. And the possibility of customize the Stub like the others MakeCommands can do, will minimize the number of extensions for this class. |

When working with Stub files I noticed that the command make:cast does not have the possibility of use a stub custom file.
This pr adds the ability to edit and customize the default state of cast.stub file.
