Default environment should be local... And it's not configured correctly on a fresh install. That's something you should do when you first start an app. |
Production as default environment is totally correct. Seems to work now after updates, it didn't use my error handler before which it does now. |

As default environment is production (assuming no custom one matches) Laravel should try to load a start/production.php which it doesn't.
