When :old-group-id is given to `release` command, a pom-only build is deploy under :old-group-id with one dependency on the main library with :group-id

This PR addresses #9.
When
:old-group-idis given torelease, after deploying the main artifact, creates a temp directory with apom.xmlfor:old-group-idhaving a single dependency on the main library, and doesmvn deployfrom there. Afterwards, it cleans up the temp directory.
