Update setup docs to reflect new setup method

I think yes. Docs here means more the structure/comments/exact content in the config files and other files that are needed to get arcsi running (mainly from scratch), right? In this issue we didn't mean updating README.md, for example, which I think is still okay (and it is a file that keep editing as needed). Am I right? I'm sure we could improve on documenting how to import a test DB and things like that but it got to be much smoother thanks to your improvements. So I don't see an open issue at the moment. We successfully added new users to our team, which proved the system good.

Yes, I also believe this to be about templates and examples. The readme is a live document that is revised and gets better - hopefully - all the time!
