This PR adds
pkg-pr-new. It is astackblitzsponsored project that enables continuous preview releases for libraries, without publishing to NPM.This allows maintainers and consumers to preview changes, like bug fixes, new features, etc. without waiting for the maintainers to publish to NPM.
The official GitHub application has already been installed for all the organization's repositories.
We should now start seeing PR comments with package URL anyone can install using
npm iand astackblitzproject based on/example.
