Description

Changes proposed in this pull request:

  • List config files that need to be updated when a new module repository is created so that the md-link-check workflow can run in the newly created repos
  • Update the style and terminology guidelines re: using the phrase "IaaS Provider" / "Infrastructure Provider" vs. "Hyperscaler" / "Cloud Provider"
