ci, Remove travis and create prow unit-test automation
be1953f 
Since our unit-test ci job requires a docker get request for each CNAO
component, and using it with the current travis job results with frequent
over-the-limit issues, we want to move th unit-test ci to prow.
Removed .travis.yml job
Added automation/unit-test job to be used on prow
