We should remove remaining tags

Following on from #5623, we should try to remove the remaining tags (e.g. _aws - though that one is still used to install ntp)

@justinsb do you still have an interest in this? There's been some new tags added to the buildNodeupTags function since this ticket was made, so not sure if this ticket is still needed or wanted.
