The PR at kubernetes/test-infra#6072 setup e2e testing for this repo.

However the e2e tests now break with the same error (ex. #90, #91, #92). This is most likely due to an error in the setup.

Any PR's affected should not be blocked by this and should be okay for submission.

kubernetes/test-infra#6093 Should fix it.

Will let that change soak before closing.

Turns out there is more special setup that needs to be done. Specifically our setup also needs Docker-in-Docker support. Test-infra team is looking into this for us.
