Fix: correcting RBAC permission in oci oke examples

What this PR does / why we need it:

The examples have wrong resources mentioned and due to which we are seeing below error in cluster-autoscaler logs -

E0609 10:54:00.178537 1 reflector.go:140] k8s.io/client-go/informers/factory.go:134: Failed to watch *v1.CSIDriver: failed to list *v1.CSIDriver: csidrivers.storage.k8s.io is forbidden: User "system:serviceaccount:kube-system:cluster-autoscaler" cannot list resource "csidrivers" in API group "storage.k8s.io" at the cluster scope

Which issue(s) this PR fixes:

I noticed it today and thought of fixing the code directly rather than creating a issue.
