Fix label selector in chart post-install notes

Fixes the label selectors in the kubectl get pods command printed by the post-install notes.

The app and release labels were replaced by this commit helm/charts@5e4e493 in the old chart location. The new labels come from

autoscaler/charts/cluster-autoscaler-chart/templates/_helpers.tpl

Lines 36 to 39 in 852ea80

	{{- define "cluster-autoscaler.instance-name" -}}
	app.kubernetes.io/instance: {{ .Release.Name | quote }}
	app.kubernetes.io/name: {{ include "cluster-autoscaler.name" . | quote }}
	{{- end -}}

which have the same values as the old app and release labels.
