Which jobs are failing ?

tf-elastx-cleanup

Which tests are failing ?

First instance of the failure seems to be https://gitlab.com/kargo-ci/kubernetes-sigs-kubespray/-/jobs/7518448843

Since when has it been failing ?

Reason for failure

Looks like a floating ip is attached to a network we're trying to delete, and this prevent the network deletion / router interface deletion.

Anything else we need to know

/help
I'm not super familiar with the openstack API, and I don't have much bandwidth for this, if anyone want to tackle it...
