update the annotation for cert-manager's latest version

This issue is for we are able to verify the annotation used for cert-manager's and then, upgrade this to use the latest version.

According to the docs the value certmanager.k8s.io should be replaced bycert-manager.io/inject-ca-from. See: https://github.com/jetstack/cert-manager/blob/release-0.13/design/release-notes/release-0.11/draft-release-notes.md

In this way, in order to perform this change is required to; check the current version used by it and all places that would be updated, create a POC and follow the steps with this change and ensure that by following all the user will be able to use the cert-manager with the latest version successfully. Note that may more modifications can be required as well.
