Helm chart doesn't allow annotations which are needed when using with kube2iam or similar

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like to use the helm chart to deploy the driver, however I also use kube2iam for permissions management and using the chart I can't properly annotate to allow the necessary permissions.

Modification of helm chart to allow for annotations to be added.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Use the kustomize manifests to deploy. Unfortunately kustomize doesn't have atomic capabilities at this time.
