update kubernetes-client/gen

We had problems regenerating our javascript client. After digging into it I've found this place where it uses a commit of kubernetes-client/gen which is over a year old and I updated it to the most recent commit hash.

I have no clue about all the implications this would have, but it works for us if we use this commit.

I'm happy to merge this PR, but in exchange I would love a review of #727 (and as a benefit, you'll get a client for k8s 1.22 :)

I'm having a little trouble getting other Javascript maintainers for this client at the moment.

I tested it and I get errors when switching to your branch there. The generation is working but our application broke with the newly generated code.
I currently do not have much time to investigate, I will provide a log of the output to you soon and may give some hints about what's not working.
