Remove CentOS support from machine controller #1876

What this PR does / why we need it:
Removes CentOS from the list of supported operating systems within machine controller, as part of dropping support for CentOS across KKP, operating system manager, and machine controller.

CentOS 7 has reached EOL, we are no longer planning to support CentOS within the system.

Fixes kubermatic/kubermatic#13580
