This PR fixes package metadata in the generated
swagger.json.The idea is to provide the base swagger file (
swagger_base.json), which contains the correct title and description fields, and then use this file as a primary spec by passing it as a first argument to theswagger mixincommand.Also, this PR regenerates SDK to update docstrings with proper package metadata.
