new CEC driver from @gdachs: libCEC, fully configurable in Kodi settings menu! To configure CEC, go to System -> Settings -> System -> Input Devices -> Peripherals -> CEC adapter
fixed optical SPDIF passthough for some boxes
applied workaround for all XML settings files to minimize risk of lost settings after reboot
added some Kodi patches from @osmc, @davilla and 2 upstream PRs to minimize video stuttering
