With this PR a custom checkpoint URL can be passed, so that a custom model can be used. E.g. one from https://github.com/computational-cell-analytics/micro-sam.
This should already work, but I still need to implement the corresponding functionality on the QuPath frontend and test it, hence marking this as draft.
