Remove tracking remnant dependencies and remove remnant update url

This version doesn't bring much change but the app is a little bit smaller and a leftover call to the old pock update server was removed + the unused Google Fabrik and Crashlytics dependencies were removed.

Sign & Notarize, also fix battery percentage updating

This update fixes an issue which causes the battery percentage to not be updated in a timely manner.
Please remove the last app from accessibility and screen recording in the system preferences before installing.

First version of PockV2 - my fork of Pock

Add input source, image artwork to the TouchBar, fix battery icon, clickable statuses, add estimated charge/remaining time + additional fixes + better Big Sur support.
It's the first Release build!
