What is the current behavior? (You can also link to an open issue here)
Users will have to keep watching the tasks table until the task(s) matching the filters appear.
What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?
Play sound alert when there is one or more new tasks that match the filters.
Should be only applicable when live mode is on and table is empty.
This will be useful when users want to setup a filter and leave leek listening while they are concentrating on something else. once the tasks are received, leek will play a fanfare sound to notify the users.
