This project has been implemented/demoed in Vancouver 2013 Open Data hackathon (http://opendataday.org/). The purpose of this project was to consume different open data from Vancouver city such as Crime, Business licences, tax reports, schools, libraries and parks to predict the neighborhood quality in different areas in Vancouver.
