hold off on merging this, although it works i am still finding an issue calling one of the methods so i will debug and try and fix this. |

Previously harfbuzz was built with out freetype support which meant some methods where not available, the changes below will rebuild harfbuzz after freetype to fix this issue.
unfortunately you have to build harfbuzz then freetype and then harfbuzz again to achieve this.
