This PR adds a simple ensurance database metamodel, consisting of a database and clients stored within it. It is supposed to be combined with the families and persons metamodels to have a simple scenario for three (meta)models to be kept consistent.
Additionally, this PR makes some infrastructure updates, such as improving the Eclipse dependency to 2019-12 and Xtend to 2.18.
