[Bug] DataGrid scroll bar does not work properly

Description of the issue

The scroll bar in the DataGrid does not work properly. The scrollbar does not properly represent the length of the collection. When the scroll bar appears to scroll to the bottom, it is still possible to scroll further.

Windows 10

Expected Behavior

The scroll bar works properly and accurately represents the length of the collection

Reproduction

This can be reproduced by compiling the demo app, going to collections, and scrolling in the DataGrid.
