Update Documentation to appear on Terraform Registry #115

Hi there,

Could you please make the necessary updates to ensure this provider appears on https://registry.terraform.io/search/providers ?

This would make the provider much easier to install in Terraform 0.13 and I believe it just requires a documentation tweak to get registered.
