The cz.cvut.kbss.jopa.query.targetOntology allows specifying against which underlying ontology a query is executed. This only makes sense when running in a transactional snapshot mode (supported by Jena and OWLAPI OntoDriver). However, this query hint is currently not taken into consideration.

The OntoDriver API does have corresponding methods for selecting statement execution ontology, but they have no effect. This needs to be fixed.
