"/help" defaults to bulgarian language

http://localhost:3000/help routes to bulgarian translation.
I'm not able to switch the english translation.
This is reproducable with Firefox, German (de) browser settings.

@jatty , this needs to be implemented. Currently the language for the /help pages can be switchet only from a page where the language_menu is included e.g.

%= include 'partials/language_menu'
