This PR uses the new
kbasebranch for RWRtools and installs it as an R package usingdevtools::install(). This means the app is now using the latest multiplex data layers. Unfortunately, for technical reasons this must be done at app runtime. Once the RWRtools repo is made public then minor changes will make this issue will go away. Some command line parameters changed for the CV and LOE script, so the calls needed to be updated as well. This PR also includes some styling changes for the output report.
