Welcome to the sf2 wiki!

The purpose of the SF2 Sensor Fusion Framework is threefold:

  • Enable advanced Sensor Fusion Capabilities on a FRC robot, leveraging ROS technology where possible
  • Provide a ROS Drive system kinematics package handling the kinematics for the various drive system types commonly use in FRC competitions, including differential, omniwheel, mecanum, swerve and variants including a 6-wheeled west-coast drive system.
  • Expose FRC students to the ROS technology, preparing them for the tools and environment for robot system development at the college and university levels.
