This version of the firmware includes an AI model that has been trained to recognize ambient air, whiskey, and coffee.
- When a smell is successfully identified, the right most screen will not only give you a confidence level (in %), but also display a happy face emoji (🙂) indicating that the smell is a familiar one, i.e. the prediction is to be trusted for similar sensor data was encountered during the training of the model ;
- A thinking face emoji (🤔) is an indication that the prediction made by the neural network is to be taken with a grain of salt, as the smell does not look very much like any of the smells "seen" during the training phase.
