As we design the shortcut for the lyric editor
Some of them are shared.

But some of them is for target edit mode.

For the beginner that is not familiar to the shortcut, will be a help if make the visual part like how control point editor did

And those edit mode might need the visual action:

• Adjust the start/end ruby/romaji index.
• Create/remove the time-tag
• Shifting time time-tag index
• Record/clear the time in the time-tag.

I think the button in the toolbar is enough for the create/remove time-tag mode
