Fix: web UI problem on playqueue disappearing when drag & dropping songs, making the playqueue unusable on modern browsers.

The web UI has a small but very annoying issue on the PlayQueue.
From my experience, since 2 years or more it is impossible to reorder songs, because the playqueue is disapearing as soon as you click on it.
This change fix it on my machine (tested on Firefox).
