add subcommand to render the selinux policy. This is not strictly speaking necessary, because the policy can be decoded and extracted from the OCP machineconfig manifests, but that's cumbersome and unpractical. add more policy cleanups for recent OCPs, and add a command to easily inspect the proposed policy.
