The old script seems to have broken due to changes either in GTK or the GitHub Actions Windows runner.
This should make it work again, so creating new builds should be possible.
Also: I just noticed I still have push access to this repo. Since I don't contribute actively anymore, you should probably remove it, just to be safe.
