Hooray coverage!

There's also the instanbuljs/nyc stack for frontend coverage, which could be interesting to specify as a sibling to the python coverage actions.

Or, more broadly, since no particular vendor format would be needed: I've yet to find a nice, lightweight, language-agnostic workflow that could combine a lingua franca format like .lcov, supported by both coverage.py and nyc for a total picture of a PR change... genhtml is installable on ubuntu machines or with conda, but I've had poor luck getting nice output.
